Our union leaders are continually trained to help solve problems and will work with you to right any wrongs. Our union has succeeded in reversing many mistakes, and winning many grievances. Unjustly fired workers have been reinstated, others have received promtions 
they were unfairly denied. Many unsafe conditions have been fixed. Grievances are one way in which we enforce our contract.

Strength: Our Union's strength is its membership. We have been able to win many improvements because so many of us joined, and spoke up, and stuck with their beliefs to show how important these gains were to us. Our Union is its members.
